Clique Inc. allows our Partners which may include brands, marketing companies, data analytics or research firms to provide you cashback and/or other bonus options when you purchase products and provide Qualifying Proof of Purchase. They may also interact with you through the use of our App(s), website(s), email, text or other methods when you participate in our Program. Through this use and participation, you are instructing Clique Inc. to share your personal information you provide us by registering and earning rewards from our Partners.

Through the upload of receipts, completing Surveys, questions or other information requests from Clique Inc. or its Partners, you are using Clique Inc products and/or services with the clear intent to gain cashback or other bonus options provided by Clique Inc.’s Partners.
In the event or occurrence of your data being provided to one or more of our Partners, you acknowledge that the use of your data is then controlled by the Partners’ policies and that Clique Inc, has no ability to influence, control or dictate that use and that Clique Inc. is not responsible for Partner policies.

If you decide Clique Inc. should stop sharing your personal information with our Partners, you may indicate this by either:
